I'm a general dentist, owner, and managing director of Tanngarden Trondheim AS—a private clinic in the city center. I took over an older practice in 2004 and have been running it ever since. I work clinically as a dentist and manage the clinic. I've always had the ambition to take the clinic to a higher level in terms of quality, create an inspiring workplace, and give patients a more positive and welcoming experience.
For me, the Leading Dentists program really aligned with my ambitions and where I was heading. I found it to be very thorough and well-structured.
