Vilde Nordhagen Vang is the Founder and CEO of Leading Dentists. Her journey began as a general practitioner in Norway. She was always dedicated to delivering high quality care and an exceptional patient experience. She focused on getting to know her patients and succeed together as a team. Back in 2020, Vilde uncovered a painful pattern: most dentists had little or no business knowledge, and those committed to top-quality care were often the least rewarded financially. She observed dental clinics offering similar services getting locked in endless price and marketing wars. Conversations with her own patients also revealed that many struggled to find a dentist capable of delivering the quality and experience they were looking for.

Determined to change this reality, Vilde began learning everything she could about business. She did her own accounting, studied the essentials of profitability, and developed the mindset needed to succeed. She joined high-level business communities, gained insights from high-quality markets across various industries, and learned the key principles for succeeding with high-quality products and services. She also learned the foundations of financial success in companies directly from a former international high-performingCEO.

Vilde took the principles she had learned and adapted them to the world of high-quality dentistry. She went on to create a value-based path for dentists who want to deliver exceptional care without sacrificing profitability.
